Objective: This paper’s purpose is to summarize retrospectively the illness cases of 30 patients who got the acute ischemic stroke and treated at the No. 1 Department of Internal Medicine, Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine in 2012. Methods: This thesis wants to find out the best treatment through the retrospective analysis towards the 30 cases of acute ischemic stroke treated in the No. 1 Department of Internal Medicine, Quanzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine during the whole year of 2012. Results: The result is effective. There were twenty cured cases, eight markedly improved cases, one improved case and one case who left hospital initiatively.
