Abstract:

提出一种大功率整流系统运行损耗的现场测试方法。该方法既适合常规整流机组,也适合由新型整流变压器、感应滤波器和整流器构成的新型整流机组。介绍了新型整流系统的拓扑结构及其工作原理,给出了现场测量各个部件运行损耗的方法。该方法利用多台高精度便携式电能质量分析仪对大功率整流机组的各部件损耗进行同步测量,由此得到机组总效率和各部件效率。对某工业现场的工程样机进行了详细的现场测试,验证了测试方法的正确性。
A field test method of the operating losses for high-power rectified system is proposed. This method is suitable for not only conventional rectified unit, but also new rectified unit which is com- posed of the new rectified transformer, the inductive filter and the rectifier. The topology of the new rectified system and its principle are described. On-site measurement method of operation loss for each component is given. The method uses many high-precision & portable power quality analyzer to synchronously measure the various components loss of the high-power rectified unit. The overall efficiency of the unit and the efficiency of the various components can be calculated. A detailed field test result for an industrial site engineering prototype is given to verify the correctness of the test method.
