啮齿动物粪便类固醇的分析方法及其意义

Abstract:

?动物类固醇激素的代谢反应可以作为测定动物生殖生理状态的重要指标。传统的血液测定法在样品的采集过程中会使动物产生应激反应,影响测定结果的准确性,而粪便类固醇激素的测定避免了对动物的人为干扰,样品的采集简单易行,是一种非损伤性取样法,测定结果更加准确可靠。本文就近年来国内外有关对动物类固醇激素的研究报道进行了总结整理,系统地介绍了粪便类固醇激素测定中粪便样品的采集与保存方法、分析方法及其在啮齿动物研究中的重要意义,以期能为今后的研究提供参考借鉴。
