领导调节聚焦行为:构念的开发与验证

Abstract:

领导是实施员工调节焦点引导的重要来源,然而很少有研究对领导行为中所蕴含的调节焦点倾向进行深入探讨。本文从一个整合性视角对领导调节聚焦行为进行了结构性定义开发,并通过一系列的研究对构念的效度及重要性进行了考察。最终,本研究开发出领导促进型聚焦行为和领导防御型聚焦行为的测度量表,并验证了领导调节聚焦行为与其它相似构念间的联系与区别,同时检验了领导调节聚焦行为对员工结果产出的预测效力。
