氮源对三角褐指藻、盐藻和米氏凯伦藻生长和种间竞争的影响

Abstract:

以3种常见海洋微藻三角褐指藻(Phaeodactylumtricornutum)、杜氏盐藻(Dunaliellasalina)和米氏凯伦藻(Kareniamikimotoi)为实验材料,采用室内单种培养和混合培养方法,研究了不同氮源对3种微藻生长和种间竞争的影响.结果表明,单种培养时,三角褐指藻在尿素组中的最终细胞数量最大,且尿素组中的平均比生长速率达到0.63/d,是所有处理组中最高的;盐藻和米氏凯伦藻都是在NaNO3组和尿素组中的最终细胞数量较大,两个处理组之间差异不显著,且这两个处理组的平均比生长速率都显著高于NH4Cl组.混合培养时,三角褐指藻在NaNO3组和尿素组中的最终细胞数量较大,分别占总细胞数量的62%和65%,在这两个处理组中的平均比生长速率都显著高于NH4Cl组;盐藻在NH4Cl组中的最终细胞数量最大,占总细胞数量的58%,且在此处理组中的平均比生长速率显著高于NaNO3组和尿素组;米氏凯伦藻在3种氮源条件下的生长都受到抑制,NH4Cl组中的最终细胞数量最低,占总细胞数量的1%,而平均比生长速率只有0.058/d,在所有处理组中最低.
