离子液体-超临界CO2两相体系中葡萄糖月桂酸酯的合成

Abstract:

糖脂是一类无毒、无刺激性、生物兼容和可生物降解的非离子型表面活性剂,被广泛应用于石油回收、碳氢化合物的生物降解、食品、化妆品、医药、洗涤剂等行业.本文在离子液体-超临界CO2两相体系中采用南极假丝酵母脂肪酶B催化合成葡萄糖月桂酸酯,采用薄层色谱法(TLC)、FTIR、13CNMR等手段对产物进行分析表征,通过单因素法研究了反应时间、压力、温度、底物流速、酶浓度、离子液体用量等对葡萄糖转化率的影响.在优化工艺条件下,葡萄糖转化率高达99.5%.此过程反应转化率高、反应时间短,能够保证酶的高活性,同时酶与离子液体易分离回收并循环使用,具有常规方法无可比拟的优势.
