电磁操动机构运动特性数值计算的耦合建模方法研究

Abstract:

电磁操动机构是断路器、接触器中的关键部件,针对现有电磁操动机构动态特性仿真效率较低的问题,提出了一种一体化的耦合仿真方法。通过动态网格技术,将空气域包含的网格在时间域中进行动态划分,从而将磁路的电磁场控制方程和机械结构的动力学方程进行动态耦合,在时间域内同时完成电磁操动机构动态响应过程中电磁变量和机械变量的求解。为了对仿真算法进行验证,以智能交流接触器的磁路结构作为实例,以PWM斩波以后的电压作为驱动信号,对所提出的仿真算法进行验证。仿真和实验结果表明,所提出的方法可以对电磁变量和机械变量完成一体化求解,仿真效率可以得到提高。同时,实验结果显示所提出的算法计算结果可靠。
