一株淡水水华胞甲藻的形态观察和系统发育分析

Abstract:

?胞甲藻属(CystodiniumKlebs)是植甲藻目(Phytodinales)一种生活于淡水表层、漂浮、不运动的甲藻类群。由于胞甲藻属材料不易获取、人工培养困难等,目前对该属的分类地位、分子系统发育和生活史等方面的了解仍十分有限。2013年夏季,我们从武汉市官桥基地一个发生严重胞甲藻水华的鱼塘中取样,经过分离和培养,于国内首次成功获得此甲藻,将其编号为FACHB-1781,并保存于淡水藻种库中。经形态观察和分子鉴定,确认该甲藻为胞甲藻属的巴达维亚胞甲藻(CystodiniumbatavienseKlebs),其形态特征为:营养细胞近新月形或长卵形,两端渐窄、末端钝圆,背腹侧常向外部隆起,无刺或角状延伸。基于SSUrDNA序列的系统发育分析表明,植甲藻目不是单系起源的类群,巴达维亚胞甲藻与Cystodiniumphaseolus亲缘关系密切且聚为一枝,而另一些植甲藻类群(如Hemidiniumnasutum和Gloeodiniumviscum)与其它已知SSUrDNA序列的甲藻类群亲缘关系不密切。
