Si缓解UV-B辐射增强对大豆幼苗生长的影响

Abstract:

以中黄35、华严0926和华严1号为材料,研究了硅(Si)和紫外(UV-B)辐射增强(5.4kJ?m-2?d-1)对大豆幼苗生长的影响以及Si对UV-B辐射增强的缓解效应。结果表明:UV-B辐射增强对中黄35叶绿素含量和生物量的抑制作用较明显,但对叶面积、节间长度和株高的影响较小,而华严0926和华严1号对UV-B辐射增强的响应与中黄35相比有着明显的不同;Si在一定程度上缓解了UV-B辐射对大豆生物量和植株形态等方面的影响。由此判断,选择合适的品种和使用硅肥对大豆抗UV-B辐射栽培具有重要意义。
