块状铁基α″-Fe16N2磁性材料的制备

Abstract:

采用气固反应法制备出α″-Fe16N2相含量较高的块状铁基磁性材料,对材料的结构和磁性能进行了研究.采用X射线衍射、横截面显微组织观察及振动磁强计作为主要检测手段,检测不同处理方法所获得的样品中α″-Fe16N2相的含量、相变情况及磁性能.测试结果表明,气固反应渗氮及退火、淬火、回火这一过程中会获得α″-Fe16N2相较高的铁基磁性材料.当回火温度为150℃、时间为4.5h时,试样中α″-Fe16N2相的质量分数最大,达到50.57%,其饱和磁极化强度高达223.6A
