基于综合赋权C-TOPSIS法的航天器研制风险控制

Abstract:

通过对航天器研制风险评估指标的分析,建立基于综合赋权的逼近理想点法(TOPSIS)的风险控制模型.运用层次分析法(AHP)求得主观权重,熵值赋权法获得客观权重,再通过线性规划的方法求出综合权重;用“垂面射影法”替代现有相对欧式距离对TOPSIS法进行优化,提高了评估精度;对风险评价指标进行分类处理,建立分层评价指标体系,简化了运算过程.最后结合航天器研制风险控制实例,选出了较为优化的技术方案,证明了该方法的可行性.
