向家坝升船机塔柱简化结构大震不倒研究

Abstract:

鉴于齿轮齿条式升船机过坝速度快、运行安全可靠,已在我国的大型水利水电工程中得到广泛应用。但是齿轮齿条式升船机结构型式复杂,其抗震研究基础薄弱,现行抗震规范中均没有专门针对该结构抗震设计的条文,因此急需进行抗震研究。本文对地震设防烈度达8度的向家坝升船机塔柱结构,采用静力和动力弹塑性分析方法,研究了大型升船机塔柱结构的薄弱部位和可能的破坏模式,分析结果与该结构的振动台模型试验结果规律一致。研究结果进一步表明该升船机结构抗震设计合理,具有多道抗震防线,有较好抗超设计地震的能力。
