35 kV光伏电站低电压穿越检测装置瞬态过电压抑制措施研究

Abstract:

在对光伏发电系统进行低电压穿越实验时,真空断路器投切短路电抗器会产生较高的瞬态过电压,引起电抗器外绝缘击穿,造成实验设备损坏。为了研究抑制实验过程中过电压的有效措施,文中首先结合光伏发电低电压穿越实验系统,对影响瞬态过电压的因素进行了理论分析,并根据某35kV低电压穿越实验线路,利用ATP进行了仿真计算,得出影响瞬态过电压的因素有真空断路器截流值、投入短路电抗的大小和测试点并联电容的大小。最后总结出测试点并联0.1μF的电容和100Ω的电阻可有效减小瞬态过电压的峰值。
