基于Johnson-Cook本构模型的弹带挤进过程数值模拟

Abstract:

采用非线性有限元数值模拟的方法对某大口径火炮弹带挤进过程的力学机理进行了研究。基于Johnson-Cook动态本构模型并结合实验测试数据,在有限元软件ABAQUS中建立了挤进过程的非线性动力学模型,利用显式数值积分算法对弹带挤进过程的非线性动力学进行了数值模拟。通过数值计算,分析了弹带刻槽形成过程,得到了弹丸挤进运动规律、动态挤进阻力及挤进压力值,获得了摩擦性质对弹带挤进过程的影响规律。结果表明:摩擦系数越大,挤进时间越长,挤进阻力越大,对应的挤进压力也就越高。研究结果可为大口径火炮、弹丸和装药设计研究提供一定的参考。
