基于风电消纳能力评估的安全约束经济调度方法

Abstract:

由于风电出力的高不确定性,大规模风电并网改变了现有的电源结构,使电力系统的安全稳定运行面临巨大挑战。准确评估次日各时段风电消纳能力对于合理制定日前调度计划具有重要意义。基于场景分析方法建立了单个风电接入点的含风电日前经济调度模型,提出了综合考虑负荷需求、备用需求、机组参数以及线路传输容量的电网风电消纳能力评估方法。通过求解混合整数线性规划模型得到综合考虑鲁棒性和经济性的评估结果,可为制定调度计划提供依据。基于IEEE24节点系统的算例测试验证了所提方法的有效性。
