基于多端口DC/DC变换器的电池储能系统软启动控制策略

Abstract:

为平抑分布式电源输出功率的波动,通常需要配置一定容量的储能。介绍了一种可接入多电池组的多端口DC/DC变换器(multi-portDC/DCconverters,MPC)储能系统,对其拓扑结构及工作原理做了简单分析,研究了各端口的控制方法和启动模式选择。由于单个DC/DC端口的启动投入,会对整个储能系统产生巨大的暂态扰动,直接威胁储能系统的稳定运行,为此重点研究了该MPC储能系统的软启动方式。通过电路等效和公式推导,对松弛端口软启动电阻的优化选择和功率端口软启动初始占空比的设定进行了详细分析,并开发了一台输入电压100’140V,输出电压240V,额定功率3.6kW的三端口DC/DC实验样机。通过实验,验证了所提软启动方式及相关控制策略的有效性,为多电池组MPC储能系统各端口稳定、灵活的投切提供了解决方案。
