基于Bezier函数的光伏电池建模

Abstract:

以单二极管电路模型为基础,推导了仅包含串、并联电阻和二极管品质因子的光伏电池三参数数学模型,并对其进行迭代法求解,利用求解结果对光伏电池输出I-U(电流-电压)曲线的关键点进行灰色关联度分析,确定了串、并联电阻和二极管品质因子是影响曲线特性的主要因素。在此基础上,提出了光伏电池的Bezier函数建模方法,该方法利用最大功率点代替难以获取的串、并联电阻和二极管品质因子等参数,结合开路电压和短路电流点,借助二阶Bezier函数对光伏电池的输出特性进行拟合。在标准测试条件下对2种不同光伏组件进行建模仿真,将仿真结果与实测结果进行对比,结果验证了所建模型的有效性。讨论了任意条件下Bezier函数在光伏电池输出特性曲线拟合中的应用,以为光伏电池的建模提供参考。
