半胱胺螯合锌对仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、养分消化率及粪中微生物菌群的影响

Abstract:

本文旨在研究饲粮中添加半胱胺螯合锌(Zn-CS)对仔猪生长性能、血清生化指标、养分消化率及粪中微生物菌群的影响。试验选用200头体重为(10.15±1.38)kg的健康大白仔猪,随机分为5组,每组4个重复,每个重复10头猪。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,试验组分别在基础饲粮上添加24、32、40、48mg/kg的Zn-CS。试验期28d。结果表明,1)饲粮中添加Zn-CS对试验各阶段仔猪平均日增重有显著影响(P<0.05);试验1~14d,48mg/kg组平均日增重极显著高于对照组(P<0.01);试验15~28d及1~28d,48mg/kg组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05);试验15~28d,48mg/kg组料重比极显著低于对照组(P<0.01);试验1~28d,32、40和48mg/kg组腹泻率极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。2)饲粮中添加Zn-CS对血清生长激素、三碘甲状腺原氨素、甲状腺素、胰岛素、免疫球蛋白A、免疫球蛋白G含量和T淋巴转化率有显著或极显著影响(P<0.05或P<0.01)。3)40和48mg/kg组干物质、粗蛋白质、粗脂肪、钙消化率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);各试验组仔猪粪便中大肠杆菌数量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加适量Zn-CS可有效地提高仔猪的生长性能,降低仔猪腹泻率,增强仔猪的免疫机能,提高仔猪养分消化率。综合本试验各项指标,仔猪饲粮中Zn-CS适宜添加水平为48mg/kg。
