氯化锂盐水冷却系统适用性分析

Abstract:

基于湿冷塔压差法理论,以某600mw机组为例,研究licl盐水冷却系统节水量和机组少发电功率随licl质量分数、气象条件以及循环水流量的变化规律,探讨各边界条件的变化对盐水冷却系统经济效益的影响。结果表明:licl质量分数不宜过高,若较高,则应增大循环水流量以提高盐水冷却系统的经济效益;盐水冷却系统经济效益随环境相对湿度、干球温度升高而降低。因此,在空气干燥和低温的气象条件下采用盐水冷却系统更加有利。
