超超临界1000mw机组梯次循环热力系统能损分析及优化

Abstract:
以某超超临界1000mw机组的tha工况为例,采用能级效率法对梯次循环(ec)的热力系统进行能损分析,获得了该工况下热力系统的能损值,验证了能级效率法的计算精度。针对热力系统分缸压力及抽汽压力的优化设计,采用模式搜索算法对ec的热力系统进行优化,结果表明:采用ec后,在满足相关约束条件下,超超临界1000mw机组的热耗率由7218.43kj/(kw?h)降至7177.22kj/(kw?h),设计热耗率显著降低。
