二氧化钛对硅丙乳液防火涂料阻燃抑烟性能的影响

Abstract:
?以硅丙乳液为基料,聚磷酸铵(app)、季戊四醇(per)、三聚氰胺(mel)为阻燃体系,分别以金红石型及锐钛型二氧化钛为阻燃协效剂和抑烟剂,配制膨胀型防火涂料。通过tga、大板燃烧试验与建材烟密度仪对其防火性能做了详细表征和分析,并用照片与扫描电镜观察了炭层的宏观与微观形貌。结果表明:金红石型tio2对防火涂料的阻燃性能影响显著,当app为150份、per为68份、mel为90份、金红石型tio2为30份时,防火涂料的耐火时间达到73min;锐钛型tio2对防火涂料的抑烟性能影响显著,当添加量为60份时,烟密度等级(sdr)达到19.41。
