以可再生资源为原料的环氧-非异氰酸酯聚氨酯杂化涂料的制备

Abstract:
?采用可再生资源环氧大豆油(esbo)作为原料与二氧化碳反应合成环碳酸酯基大豆油(csbo),再通过csbo与乙二胺及二乙烯三胺分别反应制备非异氰酸酯聚氨酯(nipu)预聚体;以其作为固化剂与环氧树脂e-51反应制备环氧-非异氰酸酯聚氨酯杂化涂膜。通过ft-ir对nipu预聚物结构进行分析,证明了聚氨酯特征基团氨基甲酸酯键的生成;所制备的清漆涂膜综合性能优良,对比纯环氧体系,其耐化学性、耐磨性能更优异;同时其制备过程中不使用有毒性的异氰酸酯,安全环保。
