核干细胞因子在干细胞和肿瘤细胞自我更新中的作用

Abstract:

?目的:核干细胞因子(nucleostemin,ns)是维持干细胞和祖细胞生长和发育至关重要的蛋白。最近的研究指出ns在保持干细胞和肿瘤细胞基因完整性方面起着一定的作用,一些研究证据反驳了ns的核糖体作用,也有些研究提出ns敲除可引起细胞周期阻滞后的dna损伤和核糖体合成障碍,以及p53依赖ns活性和ns缺失导致细胞周期阻滞的一些争论,使ns的研究出现了新的转折。本文就ns在核糖体合成、细胞周期的调节、p53和非p53调节、保护基因和质粒的完整性以及细胞的自我更新方面的最新研究进展作一综述。
