化学物睾丸毒性机制的研究现状

Abstract:

?环境化学物暴露可影响睾丸的正常发育,造成激素水平异常,精子生成不足或畸形,引起睾丸组织产生病理学变化,甚至睾丸萎缩。干扰神经内分泌系统的功能、破坏细胞连接、诱导生精细胞凋亡以及氧化应激等都可能影响生精过程,造成精液质量下降和生殖功能受损。本文主要探讨环境化学物暴露引起睾丸功能异常的可能毒作用机制,为研究化学物的睾丸毒性及采取相应的预防措施提供参考。
