目的：探讨颜面部外伤的急诊整形修复处理效果，总结临床经验。方法：对116例颜面部创伤患者应用整形美容外科原则和技术治疗，观察面部瘢痕、形态等，判断其临床效果。结果：116例患者中113例伤口Ⅰ期愈合，早期开展的3例有愈合不佳，行Ⅱ期处理后亦达到甲级愈合。平均随访6个月，均无明显瘢痕增生、挛缩，无继发畸形，无需后期整形，患者对治疗效果满意。同时与传统普通缝合的107例患者愈合情况进行比较，发现I期愈合率有统计学差异，整形修复组明显高于对照组。结论：应用整形美容外科技术对颜面部创伤进行修复，能有效地减少继发瘢痕，明显提高I期愈合率，最大限度地恢复患者颜面部容貌，减少投诉。
Objective: To investigate the effect of emergency plastic repair of facial trauma and summarize the clinical experience.
