The most important feature of crimes against humanity that is designed by the government and other organizations that have access to political power; and they commit it as part of the government. According to the scope of crimes against humanity because of its general title one of the topics that in this field it seems ambiguous examples of this crime from the perspective international documents and express it in form is a rule of law.
