加强党的全面领导和践行全面从严治党——理论逻辑与实践难点

摘要 以全面从严治党保证党的全面领导，是中国社会主义现代化建设规律的体现，反映了"伟大斗争、伟大工程、伟大事业、伟大梦想"的内在联系。新时代加强党的全面领导必须以全面从严治党作保证；必须把严的标准、严的措施贯穿于管党治党全过程和各方面，实现系统化和全覆盖；必须全面发挥从严治党功能，使管党治党落实到提高党的领导能力上；必须营造风清气正的政治生态，为全面从严治党创造良好环境；必须防止党内形成既得利益集团，捍卫党的先进性；必须防止和消除各种各样的"两面人"现象，消除全面从严治党的盲区。
Abstract：To ensure the overall leadership of the Party through comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline embodies the law of the modern construction of Chinese socialism and reflects the internal logic of the "four greats". It would be impossible to strengthen the overall leadership of the Party in the new era without comprehensively governing the Party with strict discipline. High standards and drastic measures must be systematically and comprehensively applied in the entire process and all aspects of strictly managing and governing the Party.
