酶解青蒿对热应激肉鸡消化功能的影响Keywords: 酶解青蒿, 热应激, 肉鸡, 消化器官, 表观利用率, 二糖酶enzymatically treated Artemisia annua, heat stress, broilers, digestive organ, nutrient apparent availability, disaccharidase Abstract: [目的]本试验旨在研究热应激条件下日粮中添加酶解青蒿(EA)对肉鸡主要消化器官质量、养分表观利用率及小肠黏膜中二糖酶活性的影响。[方法]21日龄健康雄性爱拔益加肉鸡144只随机分成3组(每组6个重复,每个重复8只鸡):对照组(CON组),热应激组(HS组)饲喂基础日粮;酶解青蒿组(HS-EA组)饲喂添加1 000 mg?kg-1 EA的基础日粮。CON组肉鸡饲养于22℃环境中,HS和HS-EA组肉鸡饲养在34℃环境中8 h(09:00―17:00),22℃环境中16 h(17:00―09:00)。试验期21 d。[结果]与CON组相比,热应激导致肉鸡饲料中粗脂肪(EE)、粗蛋白(CP)和有机物(OM)的养分表观利用率显著降低(P<0.05),空肠和回肠中麦芽糖酶、蔗糖酶及回肠中乳糖酶活性显著降低(P<0.05)。与HS组相比,日粮中添加1 000 mg?kg-1 EA显著提高了肉鸡对饲料中EE、CP和OM的表观利用率(P<0.05),提高了空肠、回肠中麦芽糖酶和蔗糖酶及回肠中乳糖酶活性(P<0.05)。[结论]日粮中添加1 000 mg?kg-1 EA可缓解热应激对肉鸡饲料养分表观利用率和肠黏膜中二糖酶活性造成的不良影响。[Objectives]The aim of the present study was to explore the effects of dietary enzymatically treated Artemisia annua(EA) on the main digestive organs weights,nutrient apparent availability,and small intestinal mucosal disaccharidase activities in heat-stressed broilers. [Methods]A total of one hundred and forty-four 21 day-old healthy male Arbor Acres(AA) broilers were randomly allocated into three groups,with six replicated pens per treatment and 8 broilers per pen. Broilers in the control(CON) and heat-stressed(HS) groups were fed the basal diet while ones in HS-EA group were fed the basal diet with 1 000 mg?kg-1 EA. And the broilers in CON group were housed at 22℃ while the other ones were reared at 34℃ for 8 h(09:00 to 17:00) and 22℃ for the rest time. The period of experiment was 21 d. Heat treatment lasted for 20 consecutive days. [Results]Compared with CON group,heat treatment significantly decreased(P<0.05) nutrient apparent availability of ether extract(EE),crude protein(CP),and organic matter(OM),the activities of maltase and sucrose in jejunum and ileum,and ileal lactase activities in broilers. Compared with HS group,dietary EA supplementation significantly increased(P<0.05) apparent availability(EE,CP and OM),the activities of maltase and sucrose in jejunum and ileum,and ileal lactase activities. [Conclusions]Dietary 1 000 mg?kg-1 EA supplementation could alleviate compromised nutrient apparent availability and intestinal mucosal disaccharidase activities of broilers induced by heat stress
