一锅法制备萘酰亚胺类pH荧光探针

Abstract:

以4-溴-1,8-萘二甲酸酐为骨架,利用两分子1-(2-氨乙基)吡咯烷作为亲核试剂,采用一锅法合成一种萘酰亚胺类pH荧光探针Daepna,用核磁共振谱和质谱对产物进行表征,并检测了其不同pH值条件下的紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱.实验结果表明:该荧光pH探针在较宽的pH范围(2.0-11.0)内有着较灵敏的响应,在紫外灯的照射下可直接用于pH值的可视化检测;具有良好的光稳定性,紫外光照30 min内荧光维持恒定;具有较好的抗金属离子干扰性,5种常见金属离子(Ca~(2+),Cu~(2+),Fe~(3+),Mg~(2+),Zn~(2+))对其荧光强度变化的影响均在20%以内
