战略柔性研究述评与展望
|
Abstract:
随着企业面临的内外部环境变化愈发难以预测，战略柔性也愈发受到关注与重视。通过对文献进行计量分析和内容分析，系统归纳梳理了战略柔性的理论渊源、概念内涵与测量，在此基础上评述了战略柔性的影响因素以及结果变量。战略柔性研究经历了"突变管理"思想、权变管理理论、战略期权理论、资源基础理论、动态能力理论，在其内涵发展过程中以时间、空间两个维度的扩展作为发展主线；战略柔性的不同维度划分方法指导了众多测量方法，在实证研究中没有统一标准，导致横向对比的匹配度较低；关于战略柔性的影响因素和结果变量，角度众多，但目前的探讨还无法形成系统化解释。在此基础上，本文对战略柔性的未来研究提出了一些研究方向。
