新型空气间隔器的研发与试验研究

Abstract:
为满足矿山回采爆破需要,急需研发一款使用效果良好且价格低廉的新型炮孔装药空气间隔器.针对90、110、160mm三种直径的炮孔进行室内实验,得到空气间隔器随炮孔直径和装填高度变化的受力规律. 在此基础上,优化设计出一种科学合理的炮孔空气间隔器,并用于紫金山金铜矿地下采场的爆破工业试验. 试验中,空气间隔器使用方便,爆破效果良好,爆破成本大幅度降低. 研究表明: 通过实验设计得到的空气间隔器是合理的,对同类研究具有重要的理论和实践参考价值.
In order to meet the needs of mining blasting,it is necessary to develop a new type of high proficiency and lower cost air-spacer. for this purpose,some laboratory experiments were carried out for three specific kind of holes,with the diameter of 90mm,110mm and 160mm,respectively. As result,the force law of the air-spacer,with the diameter of the hole and the filling height was obtained. A highly responsible scientific blasting hole air-spacer was designed on this basis,and was used at the Zijin Shan Gold-copper Mine for the blasting industry experiment. In the experiment,the air-spacer was convenient to use,the blasting effect was good and the blasting cost was greatly reduced. The results show that the air-spacer obtained by experimental design is reasonable,and has both important theoretical and practical reference values to the similar research
