人脸识别支付用户使用意愿研究

Abstract:
基于用户个人角度,依据问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型,考量人脸识别支付用户使用意愿。结果表明:社会影响、感知风险、感知易用性和感知有用性对使用意愿有直接影响;使用情境和个人创新对使用意愿有间接影响,其中使用情境通过感知易用性和感知有用性间接影响使用意愿的影响因素,个人创新通过感知易用性间接影响使用意愿。
Based on the technology acceptance model, this paper constructs a user adoption model via face identification payment and several factors including personal innovativeness, use context, social influence, and perceived risk. Then the structural equation model is used to analyze the collected 313 valid questionnaires. The results show that social influence, perceived risk, perceived ease of use, and perceived usefulness have direct impacts on the behavioral intention. The use context and personal innovativeness have indirect influences on the behavioral intention, in which use context indirectly influences the behavioral intention through perceived ease of use and perceived usefulness, and personal innovativeness indirectly influences the behavioral intention through perceived ease of use.
