Abstract:

摘要 铁路通用敞车车体局部结构不对称是大横梁焊缝出现疲劳裂纹的主要因素.以C80E型敞车车体为研究对象,对局部不对称结构与底架大横梁焊缝应力分布的相关性进行了研究.首先通过对比车体1/4模型与局部结构模型的有限元计算结果,确定较为合理的车体局部仿真模型;其次根据侧柱1与侧柱2不同位置的组合建立了30个局部仿真模型,由仿真结果形成的大横梁焊缝应力分布簇可明显看出,大横梁焊缝的应力极大值基本上分布在内补强座、隔板1、隔板2三个部位,其中内补强座处的应力对侧柱位置的调整最为敏感;最后分别采用皮尔逊相关系数与复相关系数对内补强座处应力与侧柱位置的相关性进行了度量,结果表明:大横梁焊缝2在内补强座处应力与侧柱位置的相关性相对较强.
Abstract:The partial asymmetry structure of the gondola car body, which is widely used in railway industry, is the main factor leading to the fatigue crack of cross bearer weld. C80E gondola car body is taken as the object to study the correlation between the partial asymmetry structure and the stress distribution of the cross bearer weld which is in the underframe. First, by comparing the fem results of the 1/4 car body model and the partial car body model, an applicable partial car body model is determined. Second, 30 partial car body models are established by the combination of different relative positions of side sill 1 and side sill 2. Then after the simulation experiment, it can be clearly seen from the stress distribution clusters of cross bearer weld: the maximum stress on the cross bearer weld is basically distributed in three positions, which are interior reinforcement place, baffle plate 1 and baffle plate 2 respectively.Among these three places, the stress at interior reinforcement place is most sensitive to the position adjustment of the side sill. Finally, adopting Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple correlation coefficient, the correlation between the stress at the interior reinforcement of the cross bearer weld and the position of the side sill is measured. The results show that the correlation between the stress at the interior reinforcement of the cross bearer weld 2 and the position of the side sill is relatively stronger.
