Abstract:

Itching is a mechanism of self-protection in the body’s physiological state and is one of the symp-toms of many systemic diseases and skin diseases. This paper presents a review of the classification of itching, the molecular mechanisms of causing itching. This paper describes the association between itching and histamine receptors, and provides a method for the evaluation and meas-urement of itching and how to treat itching.
