Abstract:

为了研究奶牛焦虫病的诊断与治疗前后血细胞成分变化,以便为奶牛焦虫病的防治奠定一定的基础和依据。根据病史调查、临床症状、现场检查,筛选出患有焦虫病奶牛15头,选择临床健康奶牛10头作为对照组,然后采集患病奶牛治疗前、后血样和健康奶牛血样,对其血细胞成分进行测定,分析比较。50头患牛治疗后,一头死亡,两头治愈效果不显著,其余全部治愈,治愈率94%,进行采样的15头患牛全部治愈,治愈率100%。奶牛焦虫病治疗前后血细胞成分MID (%)、HCT (%)、MCV (fL)、MCH (pg)、MCHC (g/L)指标差异显著(0.01 < P < 0.05);其余各项指标差异不显著(P > 0.05)。
In order to study the changes of blood cells composition before and after the diagnosis and treatment of Cow Bovine Theileriosis so as to lay a certain foundation and basis for the prevention and treatment of Cow Bovine Theileriosis, according to the investigation of medical history, clinical symptoms and on-site inspection, 15 cows with Bovine Theileriosis were selected and 10 healthy cows were selected as control group. Blood samples before and after treatment from cows with Bovine Theileriosis and from healthy cows were collected. After the treatment of 50 sick cattle, one of them died, two of them did not have a remarkable curative effect and the others were cured, the cure rate of which was 94%. The 15 sampled cattle were all cured, the cure rate of which was 100%. There were significant differences of indexes in blood cell composition of MID (%), HCT (%), MCV (fL), MCH (pg), MCHC (g/L) between the two groups before and after treatment (0.01 < P < 0.05), but there was no significant difference of other indexes before and after treatment (P > 0.05).
