Abstract:

在新零售的时代,互联网、人工智能、大数据和云计算的发展改变了消费者的购物习惯和购物方式,对传统零售业进行了创新和改革,促进了线下线上的进一步融合,给消费者带来了新的体验,促进了经济的增长和消费环境的升级。消费者参与了产品的价值创造,进行了体验式的消费,在第三方支付平台的协助下,提升了消费的需求和效率。但是由于利益的驱动,用户的个人隐私和身份信息泄露事件时有发生,消费者个人信息的保护也是值得关注的。
In the new retail era, the development of internet, artificial intelligence, big data and cloud com-puting has changed consumers’ shopping habits and shopping methods, innovated and reformed the traditional retail industry, promoted the further integration of online and offline, brought new experiences to consumers, promoted economic growth and upgraded consumption environment. Consumers participated in the value creation of products and made experiential consumption. With the assistance of third-party payment platform, the demand and efficiency of consumption were improved. However, due to the drive of interests, users’ personal privacy and identity information leak occurs from time to time, and the protection of consumers personal information is also worthy of attention.
