Abstract:

本文通过实验分析从脉冲宽度和能量分辨率两个维度,对比Sensl的FC10035和FC10020的性能,为基于硅光电倍增管(SiPM)的闪烁体探测器提供设计参考,实验表明FC10020的脉冲宽度仅为200 nS,适合对于时间性能要求较高的应用场景,FC10035的能量分辨能力较好,适用于对能量分辨要求较高的应用场景;为提高响应的动态范围,降低Pileup的概率,设计了pole-zero (零极相消)电路,通过实验验证了零极相消电路对于缩短脉冲宽度的有效性。
This paper compares the performances of Sensl’s FC10035 and FC10020 from the two dimensions of pulse width and energy resolution, and provides a reference for the design of scintillator detector based on SiPM. Experiments show that the pulse width of FC10020 is only 200 nS, which is suitable for application scenarios with high time performance requirements. The energy resolution of FC10035 is suitable for application scenarios of high energy performance requirements. In order to improve the dynamic range of response and reduce the probability of pile up, a pole-zero cancellation circuit is designed, and the effectiveness of the zero-pole cancellation circuit for shortening the pulse width is verified by experiments.
