Abstract: The article reveals the activity of the conducted on 17 May 2013 IX Student scientific conference and exhibition of the University of Library Studies and Information Technologies (ULSIT) Information Culture: Science – Art – Religion with forum’s motto Knowledge is power – ?Scientia est potentia” – 259 reports: NN 709-967, dedicated to: 24 of May – national holiday of the Bulgarian education and culture and of the Slavonic literacy, 1700th anniversary of the Milan edict, 200 anniversary of the Dormition of St. Bishop Sofroniy Vratchanski (1813) – author of the first Bulgarian autobiographical essay – Life and Suffuring of the Sinful Sofroniy (ca. 1805), 140 anniversary of the death of Vasil Levski – Deacon Ignatiy and the 60th jubilee of the Rector of ULSIT professor Stoyan Denchev. It is shown the phenomenon of virtual library ANTHOLOGICA of the Bulgarian refined speech from IX to XXI century. In the Table of stratification is given the picture of dynamics of student studies by conferences. It is presented the donation to ULSIT by Prof. Kumanova of the classical and electronic library NESTINARIANA (dedicated to the information map of the Nestinar’s phenomenon). It is described the academic holy interaction Open and Forgive (Homo ludens) – a part of the oratory for Bulgaria White Light, dedicated to the information code of the Bulgarian literature (?Х-ХХ? c.) – by Prof. Alexandra Kumanova and Dr. Nikolay Vasilev
