Lessons Learned on the Other Side of CampusDOI: 10.5688/ajpe81581 Abstract: Sometimes, incredible and unexpected blessings occur in our careers. Nearly a year ago an opportunity was presented to me that advanced my career in a direction I had never expected. I accepted a position as associate director at the University of Connecticut’s Center for Excellence in Teaching and Learning (CETL), leaving my position as associate dean in the school of pharmacy.
