Identifying and Prioritizing of Data Elements for the Ophthalmology Health Smart Card

Recently, with the development of information and communication technology in the healthcare industry, the tools of this technology have different applications such as Health Smart Card in this area. The main application of health smart card in the field of ophthalmology is providing demographic and clinical information for different people. Therefore, this study was done to identify and prioritize the data elements of the ophthalmology health smart card
