Enzymes and biological molecules, in fact, in recent years have received much new important growth in their studies, due to their importance and versatility of their utilization. They are used as catalysts in a multiplicity of processes, and actually for their application in the technological and industrial areas are required increasing capacity to be performing in the operating conditions of the processes. Journal of Enzymes is an open access peer reviewed journal publishing high quality original papers and reviews with characteristic of novelty, in the fields of biochemistry, studies on biomolecules, in particular enzymes, and biotechnology. Research on basic and applied aspects of biological molecules and, in particular, the development of processes involving the use of enzymes and whole micro-organisms is highly encouraged. Chemical, biological and technological breakthrough in the analysis and application of all bio-molecules and enzymes are in the scope of the journal.
