Report on Forgeries of the 10 Dinar/40 Crown Banknote of the Ministry of Finance of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes, issued in 1919

Sa？etak In the extensive material of the Ministry of Commerce and Industry of the Kingdom of Serbs, Croats and Slovenes (SCS)/Yugoslavia in the Archives of Yugoslavia in Belgrade, a report has been preserved written by Dr Rudolph Archibald Reiss, head of the Department of Technical Control of Banknotes of the National Bank of the Kingdom SCS, from 3 August 1923, on forgeries of 10 dinar/40 crown banknotes issued in 1919 by the Ministry of Finance of the Kingdom SCS. This document is interesting and undoubtedly important for knowledge about forgeries of dinar/crown banknotes. Reiss’s report describes types of forged banknotes of 10 dinars/40 crowns issued in 1919 by the Ministry of Finance of the Kingdom SCS, that have previously not been mentioned in numismatic literature
