Abstract:

针对某型号8 × 4载货车在耐久试验场出现转向管路支架振动偏大的问题,采用有限元分析软件对转向管路系统及固定支架进行系统研究,根据有限元分析结果找出振动幅度最大的位置并布置加速度传感器,利用载荷谱采集固定支架振动加速度,并和有限元仿真分析获得数据进行对比,来验证有限元仿真分析准确性,并利用有限元分析获得数据来进一步指导后续设计优化。
Regarding the breakage of steering pipe support of an 8 × 4 truck in the durable test field, the finite element analysis software was used to study the steering pipe and fixed bracket. According to the results of the finite element analysis, the acceleration sensor with the maximum vibration amplitude is arranged. The acceleration data collected by the load spectrum is compared with the data obtained by the finite element analysis to verify the accuracy of the finite element analysis. The data obtained by the finite element analysis can further guide the subsequent optimization.
