Abstract:

Basal cell nevus syndrome (BCNS) is a rare, multisystem, autosomal dominant disorder that is characterized by various phenotypes, including multiple basal cell carcinomas of the skin, odontogenic keratocysts of the jaws, and occasionally cleft lip and/or palate.
