Off-pump coronary artery bypass graft operation in a patient with systemic sclerosis and sjogren’s syndrome

Systemic sclerosis and sjogren’s syndrome are autoimmune connective tissue diseases that can occur with vascular involvement. Clinically cardiovascular involvement is uncommon, however it is a bad prognostic factor if it is symptomatic.
