The branches that most commonly performed surgeries were general surgery, pediatrics, orthopedics, and brain surgery. Anesthesia was applied by endotracheal intubation in 96.4%, laryngeal mask (LMA) in 1.2%, spinal anesthesia in 2.2%, and regional intravenous anesthesia (RIVA) in 0.2% of the patients. Evaluation of seasonal variation of emergency operations revealed that the cases were most common in summer and least common in winter.
