The Role of Medical Education Based on Simulationin Home Health Services: Recep Tayyip Erdo？an University Faculty of Medicine

Abstract Objective: The purpose of this study is; aiming to develop attitudes and behavioral models of how students will cope with complex situations under nearreal stress, underteam responsibility, in a planned environment suited to home architecture. Method: Approximately 2,000 square meters of field trainings were taken in the deanof our faculty, and the RTEü clinical simulation training center with the short name ？S？M.Home health care unit is a unit where the home environment is built in the room and simulators are simulated to simulate all the chronic problems of the home care patient. Itis designed in accordance with all necessary medical intervention and care. Conclusion: The simulated home health unit, which provides an ideal environmentfor education, will solve the deficiencies in this area and lead to a higher quality service with the self-confidence and the skills and attitudes developed in the best manner ofthe cognitive activities
