A General Evaluat？on of Silk Road from The Past to the Present

The existence of international trade in the world dates back to very ancient times. East-west trade has been a very important factor especially in the time period until modern times. China's silk and paper were meeting Western countries through a trade route built on the east-west axis of India's spice. This road was named as the Silk Road in 1877 by the German geographer Ferdinand Von Richthofen to emphasize that China's silk fabrics were transported to Europe. The aim of this study is to examine the emergence and historical development of the Silk Road and to reveal the importance of the content of the projects in the context of world trade
