PROPAGANDIST QUALITY OF HAT？Y？’S POEMS

Shah Ismail; in addition to being shah of the Safev？ Government and sheikh of the Safeviyye dervish order, is a divan poet. His pen name is Hatay？ in poems. He lived in the end of the 15. century and in the beginning of the 16. century in Azerbaijan area. His poems’ themes are these: love for Allah – Muhammed – Ali, love for a darling, Ca’fer？ sect, Kerbela event, Twelve imams, beliefs of the dervish order, unity of the existence. Shia ideology is laying the base for some Hatay？’s poems. For this resason, Hatay？’s poems have propagandist quality besides aesthetic quality. In this article, our aim is indicate to Hatay？’s propagandist poems. We want to show that: How Hatay？ use his poems for his religious and political ideas
