Mediating Role of Interactional Leadership in The Relationship Between Transformational Leadership and Performance Competitive Superiority AdvantageKeywords: D?nü?türücü liderlik,Etkile?imsel Liderlik,Rekabet,Rekabet üstünlü?ü,Performans Abstract: In this study, which has been conducted to determine the mediating role of interactional leadership in the relationship between transformational leadership and performance of competitive advantage. The sample of the study has included 258 staff working in 3, 4 and 5 star hotels operating in Kars and its districts. In the study using the convenience sampling method, data has been obtained by survey technique, and the questions in the survey has related to the demographic, transformative leadership, competitive superiority performance and interactive leadership. To test the validity and reliability of the scales that used in the study, exploratory factor analysis has been performed. On the basis of the studies conducted in the national and international literature, hypotheses have been formed and tested with correlation and multiple regression analyzes. Sobel test has been used to determine the role of mediation and the results has interpreted accordingly. The results obtained from the analysis has showed that there is a low relationship between transformative leadership and performance of competitive advantage, and there is high relationship with vision - inspiration which is the sub-dimension of the transformative leadership. On the other hand, It has been seen that transformational and interactional leadership is effective in ensuring the performance of competitive advantage. In addition, it has been determined that interactional leadership has a partial mediator role in the relationship between the transformational leadership and the performance of competitive advantage
